Please ensure that the Ballot is submitted well before 6pm three days prior to the
requested day. Ballots can only be submitted for the current week, they will not be
held for future bookings. The Pro Shop staff are not responsible for any Ballots
that arrive after the draw has begun. The Tee Time Captain should contact the
pro shop at noon two days prior to the day of play to find out the tee time.
